In this guide, we will show you how to remove products from Sello's inventory.
If you want to stop selling a product you can delete it from your inventory. Sello will also make sure that the product will be removed from any sales channels it might have been connected to.
There are two ways of doing this, the first method enables you to do this in bulk while the other has you doing it one-by-one. We will go through both of them below.
Deleting in bulk:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: “Inventory”
- Find and select your products.
- Click: “Actions”
- Click: "Delete".
- A warning will be displayed, read it thoroughly.
- Click “Delete”.
Done!
Deleting one-by-one:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: “Inventory”
- Find your product.
- Click the button to the right of the "Edit" -button.
- Click: "Delete".
- A warning will be displayed, read it thoroughly.
- Click “Delete”.
Done!
Good to know:
- It might take over an hour to remove the product from any connected sales channels.
- Keep in mind that deleting, grouping, and copying products will be disabled for sellers using an external system as their main platform.
