In this guide, we will show you how to create campaigns in Sello.
The campaign feature lets you create campaigns for selected products that will be active on a channel of your choice, for a set amount of time.
The feature is designed to let you modify the prices of a select group of products on a specific sales channel, without having to edit the products in any way. The prices can be both raised and lowered.
The first step is to create the campaign itself.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello
- Click the top-left menu
- Click: Campaigns
- Click: Create campaign
- Select a channel
- Give your campaign a name
- Select a start-time
- Select an end-time
- Select either increase or decrease
- Choose either percentage or static and input a number
- Click: Save
Done!
The next step is to add products to the campaign.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello
- Go to: Inventory
- Find and select your products
- Click: Actions
- Click: Add to campaign
- Select a campaign
- Click: Add
Done!
Good to know:
- You can repeat the steps to add products to your existing campaign.
- You cannot add products to a campaign that has already started.
- You cannot add products to a campaign that has ended.
