In this guide, we will look at delivering orders in Sello.
Delivering an order will send a fulfilment request to the place of purchase, letting the sales channel know that the order has been dispatched, which usually also notifies the buyer.
In order to deliver an order, you'll need to update its status, making sure to use a status that has been configured to set the order as delivered.
When you register your Sello account, a status called "Sent" will be created by default, but you can also create your own. Read more on working with statuses here.
When you have finished processing your order and you are ready to ship it, it is time to set the status to delivered. There are 3 ways to accomplish this.
1. Single order via interface:
- Log into Sello
- Go to: Orders
- Find your order
- Click the ellipsis -menu on the far-right
- Click: Change status
- Click your status
The status will now be changed.
2. In bulk via interface:
- Log into Sello
- Go to: Orders
- Find and select your orders
- Click: Actions
- Click: Change status
- Click your status
The status will now be changed.
3. In bulk via file import:
Sello has an import tool that lets you update already existing orders by uploading an Excel (.xlsx) file, which is then used to update things like the status on a large number of orders at the same time.

Good to know:
- If you want to attach a tracking number to your order, make sure to do this before you deliver it.
- Delivered orders will disappear from the "Active orders" -view. These orders will be placed under "Delivered orders" and to see them you have to search for them or use the filter.
