In this guide, we will show you how to put a sold product back in stock.
This can be used when you need to cancel an order or if the sold item is otherwise unavailable.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: “Orders”.
- Find your order and open it.
- Click: “Manage order”.
- Click: “Add back to inventory”.
- Click: “Confirm”.
A pop-up will let you know when products have been successfully put back in stock.
Done!
Good to know:
- Clicking “Add back to inventory” will increase the quantity of the products according to the amount sold.
- The product will not be physically removed from the order, it will remain there for bookkeeping purposes.
