In this guide, we will show you how to get started using our ChannelConnector plugin for WooCommerce.
Keep in mind that WooCommerce is also available as a traditional connection in Sello, making it possible to use Sello as your main platform, read more here.
ChannelConnector lets you integrate with all supported sales channels directly in your own webshop. This plugin utilizes Sello's architecture to synchronize products between your system and marketplaces. Orders are received in Sello and sent to your system as well.
This set-up is great for sellers who are comfortable working with products and orders in their own system and wish to keep it that way.
In order to use the ChannelConnector plugin for WooCommerce, you'll need a Sello account.

In the registration process you'll be asked to choose a channel to sell on among other things, if you're already approved as a seller here, you'll be able to complete the connection immediately. If not, a temporary connection will be created and you can complete the set-up at a later time.
Once the registration process is complete, an account will be created. The account will be entirely free for 14 days, giving you time to complete the set-up process and get your products ready, etc.
When the Sello account is taken care of, it's time to install the plugin.
Here's how:
- Log into Wordpress back-office.
- Go to: "Plugins".
- Click: "Add new".
- Search for: "ChannelConnector".
- Click: "Install Now".
- Click: "Activate".
Next, you'll need to connect the plugin to Sello.
Here's how:
- Log into Wordpress back-office.
- Go to: "ChannelConnector".
- Click: "Sign in to Sello".
- Use your Sello credentials to sign in.
Done!
Good to know:
- The first time you edit a product, it will be created in Sello.
