In this guide, we will take a look at what measures must be taken by you if your Fruugo channel connection has stopped working.
If your Fruugo integration connection stops working, or never worked in the first place, an automatic email will be sent to you by us informing you of which connection is broken. A message will also be displayed in Sello.
There are several things that can make a Fruugo integration break, the most common for Fruugo being that the credentials used to give Sello access to your account on the channel are incorrect.
Please note:
If your Fruugo credentials on Fruugo's site have been changed, they will not get automatically updated in Sello. You must provide us with your updated credentials which we later on add manually. Please send your newly updated Fruugo credentials to us at support@sello.io
Fruugo Credentials
When the Fruugo credentials have been changed, such as Username or Password this means that Sello must manually add your credentials into our system to enable the connection again.
Once the credentials have been provided to support@sello.io by you we will manually update the credentials and the connection to Fruugo will be reactivated.
