In this guide, we will show you how to adjust the price rules in zDirect Portal.
When your prices in Sello do not comply with your price rules in zDirect, your products will not be synced to Zalando. When this problem occurs, an error message like below will appear in Sello price tab.
"The regular price is more than the equivalent of # EUR. If this is a mistake, please change the price. If this isn't a mistake, please adjust the threshold in zDirect and then resubmit the price."
In order to correct this error and get your products synced to Zalando, you need to adjust the price rules in zDirect. Please follow the steps below to adjust the price rules inside zDirect's portal.
Manage price in zDirect Portal:
1. Log in to zDirect and click on the "Article" tab. Then click on the Manage prices button.
2. In Manage prices you need to enter a minimum and maximum price. As well as a "Maximum discount percentage". As an example, a product has a price of €179 in Sello.
That price therefore goes against the price rule in zDirect, which only allows a maximum price of €150. The price rule therefore needs to be changed in zDirect so that you have margin to raise/lower the prices in Sello.
Re-sync the prices via Sello after price rules has been adjusted:
3. Once the price rule is adjusted and saved in zDirect you are able to trigger a sync to Zalando on the affected products via Sello platform.
Search for the product/group ID in Sello's inventory view that you want to sync to Zalando. You then locate the product with the heart and/or the three dots. Click on the dots, then a box will appear with different options. Select "Send full product data to Zalando"
