Currency and VAT-Rate
You can change the currency and VAT-rate that is used in the feed by going to your Fruugo settings, it can take up to 24 hours before these changes are visible in the feed.
During your Fruugo onboarding, your onboarding manager will decide on which language should be sent for all products. Fruugo translates all descriptions to the other languages, which means you only need to add one description in Sello.
The default language in the feed is english, but you can change this to a different language below, keep in mind that this means you will need to add the description in the field for the new language instead of english.
My product is not visible on Fruugo
If you are not able to find your product when you search for it on Fruugo, the first step is to check if it is in your Fruugo feed. If you are having trouble finding your feed, see the header Finding your feed.
When you have opened the feed, you can search for the product's article number or EAN code. You can search for the article number by pressing Control + F if you are using Windows, or Command + F if you are using a Mac
I can't find my product in the feed
If you can not find the product in the feed, make sure it is active for Fruugo and has no error messages in Sello.
Is the product active with no error messages? If that is the case, you can create a ticket with our support here.
I can't open my feed
If you have a very large amount of products active towards Fruugo, the feed will become very large. This will make the feed harder to open as it will require more resources than a small feed. Try opening the feed in a different browser, such as Firefox.
But if you are still not able to open it, this means that our support also will not be able to open the feed. If you have questions regarding the content of the feed you will instead need to reach out to Fruugo as they will have all of the latest updates.
