In this guide, we will look at setting up or changing your Fruugo delivery time.
Delivery time on Fruugo can be manipulated in two ways, selecting a preferred delivery method, which has set delivery times, and setting a lead time, which is the time it takes you to dispatch the delivery.
Delivery method
Setting a delivery time on Fruugo involves choosing a delivery method, each has its own associated delivery time, this is done by filling out and then submitting a shipping template to Fruugo.
This is done in conjunction with getting started on Fruugo and the template will be sent to you at which point you will be asked to fill it out and resubmit it to Fruugo.
This can also be changed at any time by contacting Fruugo.
You can select the following delivery methods on Fruugo:
Domestic
Standard: Your default / basic delivery option within the country you are based in. This method does not typically offer Track & Trace or Proof of Delivery. 2-5 working day timescale.
Express: A quicker delivery method within the country you are based in that typically provides Track & Trace and Proof of Delivery. 1-2 working day timescale.
International
Standard: Your default / basic delivery option for international orders. This method does not typically offer Track & Trace or Proof of Delivery. 5-14 working day timescale.
Express: A quicker delivery method for international orders that typically provides Track & Trace and Proof of Delivery. 3-7 working day timescale.

Lead time
Lead time is the time it takes you to pick, pack and ship the item from your warehouse as opposed to the delivery time, which is the time it takes the item to reach its destination from the moment it is in transit.
The lead time can be set in Sello for your integration, meaning it will be used for all your products.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: Settings -> Channels and find Fruugo
- Click: Settings
- Input your desired number in the field called: Lead time
- Click: Save
Done!
The maximum lead time you can set is 10!
Contact Fruugo if your needs exceed this number.
The maximum lead time that can be set is 10 days, any number higher than this and your account will need to be suspended temporarily.
