Configure your delivery documents for Zalando

In this guide, we will guide you on how to design your special delivery notes for Zalando. We will show you how to upload your logotype and add information about your company.

This document is mandatory to print and pack into the shipment when delivering orders for Zalando - When you manage shipments from your own warehouse or through your external logistics partner like an 3PL. When setup on Zalando through ZFS this is not mandatory.

Here's how:

1. Log into Sello
2. Navigate to: Settings -> Channels -> Zalando
3. Click: Settings
4. Choose the market (country) you want to design your delivery notes for.
5. Click on the section for Logo
6. Upload your logotype from your computer
7. Click on the section for Company information
8. Add information about your brand and company eg.
   - Brand name
   - Company name
   - Company address
   - Organisation number (company registration number)
   - and other vital information for the end consumer
9. Click Save
