Notice Period
Sello has a two-month notice period, which means your account will remain active during this period.
Billing
Sello invoices in arrears. This means that, for example, June is invoiced at the beginning of July.
You can always find your invoices under Settings → Billing in Sello.
Billing for a Started Month
We charge for the full month once a new month has begun.
For example, if your termination request is submitted on June 5, the full month of June will be charged.
With this in mind, your account will be scheduled for automatic closure once the notice period has ended. Until then, you will have full access to your account.
What Happens to Your Products?
Terminating your Sello account does not automatically remove your products from marketplaces or your webshop.
Please choose one of the following options:
Option 1 – Keep Your Products Published
No action is required.
Your products will remain published, but they will no longer be synchronized through Sello.
Option 2 – Remove Your Products
Manually deactivate your products in Sello before your account is closed.
You can find a step-by-step guide on how to deactivate your products here.
