Trigger a full offer export for a Mirakl marketplace

Sello is integrated to a lot of different marketplaces using the platform called Mirakl. For example some of them are:

• Elkjøp / Elgiganten
• Åhlens
• H&M
• Afound
• Ellos
• MediaMarkt
• YOOX
• Stadium
• Worten

The process of listing your products on Mirakl is to first export the products for creation - when the product is accepted by the marketplace team and created you should place an offer on your product. The offer only contains offer data about the product eg. stock and price.

Sello synchronizes offers automatically every 5 minutes if anything offer related is updated on the product in Sello. When a new product is accepted and created on the Mirakl based marketplace Sello will automatically send an offer export on it within 12 hours.

It can be tedious to wait for Sello to automatically export offers and that is why you can manually trigger a full export of your active offers to a Mirakl marketplace.

This is how to do export for Elkjøp (same process can be applied on any Mirakl marketplace):

• Login to your Sello account
• Navigate to: Settings -> Channels -> Elkjøp
• Click: Settings
• Choose your market you want to export for (in this case we choose Norway)
• Click: Submit all offers

You have now triggered a full export of all your active offers to that market - If you have a lot of products it might take 5 minutes until the export has arrived in the Mirakl admin (offers)
