In this guide, we will look into connecting to Worten.
This is also how you would activate a temporary connection to Worten created in the Sello account registration process, the only difference is instead of clicking "Connect Now!", you click: "Settings" and then enable the connection using the toggle in the top right corner.
In order to be able to sell on Worten, you'll need to apply for a merchant account.
You can do so here.
In order to create the connection, you'll need an API key and the shop ID for the country you wish to connect to (Portugal or Spain).
The first step is to find your API key.
Here's how:
- Log into Worten: https://marketplace.worten.pt/login
- Go to: “My User Settings” by clicking your profile in the top-right corner.
- Click: “API Key”.
- Click: “Generate a new key”.
- Click: "Copy to clipboard".
The next step is to find your Shop ID.
Here's how:
- Log into Worten: https://marketplace.worten.pt/login
- Go to: "My Account" -> "Settings".
- Copy the number next to: "ID".
Each country has its unique shop ID, make sure you have switched to your desired country in the top-right corner before copying the shop ID.
The last step is to finalize the connection in Sello.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: "Settings" -> "Channels" and find "Worten".
- Click: "Connect Now!".
- Enter your "Token" and "Shop ID".
- Click: "Create connection".
Done!
Good to know:
- Through Worten, you can sell in both Portugal and Spain, each country has its own unique shop ID, so make sure you find the correct ID for the country you wish to sell in by switching countries in the top-right corner.
- The API key will be the same for both countries.
