In this guide, we will take a look at setting a custom shipping cost for consolidated shipments containing orders received on Tradera.
Consolidated shipping is the act of combining several shipments into one, and choosing to activate this in Sello means that you offer the possibility of combining one or more orders from the same buyer on Tradera into one package when shipping.
This also means that Sello will merge open orders from the same buyer if the orders have a specific status.
Before you can edit these settings, you need to select a status in the setting that tells Sello to merge orders if they: are unpaid, from the same buyer, and have a specific status.
Doing so will result in the section containing the settings we are looking for becoming visible.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Click your profile in the upper-right corner.
- Click: "Settings".
- Go to: "Channels" and find "Tradera".
- Click: "Settings".
- Find the "Checkout" -section.
- Click the right side of the: "Merge unpaid orders that have this status" -row.
- Select a status.
- Click: "Save".
Done!
Now it's time to look over the settings related to consolidated shipping.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Click your profile in the upper-right corner.
- Click: "Settings".
- Go to: "Channels" and find "Tradera".
- Click: "Settings".
- Find the "Shipping cost if one buyer buys multiple products" -section.
Here you'll find a large number of options that you can use to determine a shipping cost on orders containing products from multiple orders.
When you are done, click: "Save".
Done!
Good to know:
- Keep in mind that Sello will only modify the shipping cost on orders on products sold as auctions or fixed-price ads.
- If you are using an integrated payment solution such as Klarna, or if the product has been published in a Tradera store, as opposed to an auction or a fixed-price ad, the shipping cost will not be modified in Sello.
- Sello can only merge orders that are unpaid.
