In this guide, we will show you how to delete orders in Sello.
Deleting an order that you are unable to ship will result in us not including it in your monthly invoice.
To delete an order in Sello, you can give it a status that flags it as "Deleted", or delete the order manually.
By giving your orders a status that flags them as "Deleted", you can delete multiple orders at the same time.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: “Orders”.
- Find and select your orders.
- Click: “Actions".
- Click: "Change status".
- Click your preferred status.
Done!
You can also delete orders one at a time.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: “Orders”.
- Find your order and open it.
- Click: “Manage order”.
- Select: “Delete”.
Done!
Good to know:
- You cannot physically delete orders, the order will remain in Sello under another status. This is a safety measure.
- Sello will not communicate this change to any sales channel, so if you need to remove the order on a sales channel as well, you need to use their interface to do so.
- By default, your account will have a status called: "Cancelled", this will flag your order as "Deleted", but you can also create your own custom statuses that can set an order as deleted.
