In this guide, we will take a look at the section in the "Edit" -window called “General”.
In this section, you control where you want your product to be sold. You can activate or deactivate a product on a channel by clicking the different channels seen here.
On the left side of the section, you will see a list of webshops and countries.
Which countries you see here depends on what channels you are connected to. If you are connected to eBay, CDON SE, and Allegro, for example, you will see “English”, "Polish" and "Swedish" under “Marketplaces”.
When first opening the window, a white icon means it is inactive on that channel and green means it is active.
From here you can activate and deactivate your product, activating the product will put it up for sale on the selected channel.
Click the icons to toggle between states, white for inactive and green for active. Saving while the color is green will activate the product, saving while it is white will deactivate it.
When bulk-editing products, the default is still white, but the color for deactivating a product will be red.
Good to know:
- You can activate or deactivate products on multiple channels in one edit.
- This can also be done using the corresponding button in the "Active" -column in the inventory.
