In this guide, we will go over how to edit the customer address in an order.
Here's how:
- Log into Sello.
- Go to: “Orders”.
- Find your order and open it.
- Click the icon next to “Delivery address”.
- Make your changes.
- Click the save icon.
Done!
Good to know:
- Tradera sends regular updates on orders still active. This means that if you change the contact information manually before the order is considered closed, Tradera might revert your changes.
