In this guide, we will take a look at the best practice when you want to close an integration between Sello and a marketplace/webshop.
When its time to remove an integration you'll have a few options on how you wish to proceed with your products still being live on the marketplace/webshop or not. Please notice that once the integration is disconnected Sello won't fetch orders and sync product data.
- Keep the products on the marketplace/webshop
If you want to continue selling your products on a marketplace/webshop but without Sello fetching the orders and syncing product data then just contact Sello's support team and we'll help you to deactivate the connection. - Take down products from the marketplace/webshop
If you want the products to be taken down, the products need to be deactivated before the actual connection to the marketplace/webshop is removed.
